Alarm Cause Solution
Signal:
light is steady on,
is blinking and three
beeps are emitted.
Steam boiler heating is
locked*.
Heating boiler time-out
• The steam boiler does not reach
the temperature of 40°C within
10 minutes of turning on
• The temperature probe is out
of the range, shorted out
or interrupted
• Switch off the machine
and then switch it back on
• If the alarm persists, please
contact an authorized Technical
Service centre
Signal:

Coffee pouring must be
stopped manually by pushing
the M knob.
Failure Flow-meter
• This alarm is triggered when
the electronic control does not receive
impulses from the flow meter during
coffee extraction
• Switch off the machine
and then switch it back on
• If the alarm persists, please
contact an authorized Technical
Service centre

• The auto-filling mechanism
cannot bring the boiler water back
to its working level within a pre-set
