6.4 BOILER WASHING
To be sure that hot water for the brewing process is always clean and drinkable, wash the boiler daily. To perform this operation, proceed
as follows:
• Insert a hose (not supplied with the machine) into the drain nozzle for hot water. The other end is to be inserted inside an adequate
container or placed on a sink.
• Open the fourth page of the main menu.

• Press the icone to wash the boiler.
• The machine will perform a washing cycle of the boiler which lasts approximately 30 minutes. It is recommended to run this cycle at
the end of the working day.
DANGER
Make sure that the hose used to drain hot water is secured and cannot move. Risk of burns.
