Why is my Damp2Dry PACD150 not collecting water?

  If your Damp2Dry Dehumidifier isn't collecting water, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the unit has been running long enough. A blocked filter or condensate hose could also be the culprit, so inspect and clean them as needed. The ambient temperature might be too low, or the humidity could already be lower than the set point. In the latter case, you may not need to run the unit. Try adjusting the humidity setting to a lower level.
