F. CARE & MAINTENANCE OF YOUR GOBIDET™
THIS IS IMPORTANT
1. Clean your GoBidet™ PHS biweekly. After each cleaning,
lubricate it with baby oil (or similar product) using a soft cloth.

2. Water leaks from connections:
i. Turn water off and re-seal connections with Teflon tape. Turn
water back on and check for leaks. Repeat if necessary.
3. Water leaks from location where shower head assembly connects
to GoBidet™:
i. Firmly tighten nut holding shower head assembly (Part no.
2003.01) to GoBidet™ .
4. Water leaks from GoBidet™ behind the bell handle assembly
(Part no. 2003.04) :
5. Can I operate my toilet if my GoBidet™ is disconnected?
G. TROUBLESHOOTING
Yes, turn off water and disconnect GoBidet™ .
Place 3/8” compression cap w/ rubber washer (Part no.
2003.38 - included) onto “T” connector where GoBidet™ was
connected.
Turn water on to use toilet as normal.

Insert screwdriver in hole at bottom of bell handle assembly
and loosen set screw to remove bell handle assembly.
Unscrew (counter clockwise direction) chrome nut cover
(Part no. 2003.24) from the front of the GoBidet™ housing.
This can usually be accomplished by hand.
Tighten (clockwise direction) large brass nut (Part no.
2003.45).
Replace chrome nut cover and bell handle assembly.

Make sure water supply is connected AND turned on.
Make sure vertical water control stick (Part no. 2003.04) on
GoBidet™ is in cold water position. If hot water is not
installed and water control stick is in hot water position, water
will not flow.
Check-valve (Part no. 2003.04) may be installed backwards.
Disconnect braided “T” hose from GoBidet™. Using
needle-nose pliers or a tiny screw driver, remove retainer
“O” ring and check- valve with “O” ring ( There is an “O”
ring holding the check-valve in place and also one installed
on the check-valve). Insure proper positioning by referring
to parts diagram. Check-valve should be installed so that its
openings face inward in the direction of installation.
Make sure braided hose is not kinked or twisted.

Limpie su sistema de GoBidet™ cada dos semanas. Después
de cada limpieza, lubrique su sistema usando aceite de bebe (o
un producto similar) aplicado en un paño.
Asegúrese de tener la línea de agua conectada y la llave de
paso abierta.
Asegúrese que la manilla (no. de Parte 2003.04MED) este
en la posición de AGUA FRIA solamente. Si el sistema no ha
sido conectado a una conexión de AGUA CALIENTE y la
manilla está situada hacia la derecha el agua no saldrá.
La válvula anti-retorno (No. de Parte 2003.06) estar
colocada a la inversa por error de montaje. Para remediar
esta situación, desconecte la manguera flexible “T” (No. de
Parte 2003.3W) y con cuidado remueva el “O” ring y la
válvula anti-retorno con una herramienta de punta. Una vez
que la válvula anti-retorno este afuera coloque esta con el
“O” ring negro hacia afuera (ver “Parts Breakdown”).
Asegúrese que el flexible “T” no esté estrangulado en
ninguna parte de la conexión.
Cierre la llave de paso y vuelva a sellar las conexiones con
cinta Teflón. Abra la llave y chequee. Repita si necessario.
Ajuste firmemente con una llave de 14mm o 9/16” la tuerca
que sujeta el conjunto de ducha (No. de Parte 2003.01) al
cuerpo del GoBidet™ .
El GoBidet™ pierde agua por detrás de la manilla de control de
agua (Part no. 2003.04):

Inserte un destornillador de cabeza plana a través del hueco
de la manilla de control (No. de Parte 2003.04) y afloje un
poco el tornillo para remover la manilla. Desenrosque el aro
cubierto en cromo (No. de Parte 2003.24) al frente del
GoBidet™. Usualmente puede hacerse con la mano.
Ajuste en el sentido de las agujas de reloj la tuerca grande
de bronce (No. de Parte 2003.45).
Vuelva a colocar en su lugar el aro de cromo y la manilla.

¡Sí! Cierre la llave de paso y desconecte su GoBidet™.
