      Several factors could be at play. First, ensure no external power supply is interfering with the 4-20mA/0-20mA feedback loop; remove any such power source. Second, a wiring issue might exist. Check service parameter ¡53 to see the ICAD output, and if needed, use an ammeter to check the current output via the yellow and blue wires in the ICAD control cable. Finally, verify that the feedback output signal hasn't been disabled in parameter ¡06 and correct the setting if necessary.

      First, check that the ICAD is mounted evenly on the ICM valve. Second, use the service parameters (¡51 for a mA input or ¡52 for a voltage input) to check the input signal that the ICAD is receiving.
