Ingredients: Makes 2 lb loaf
½ cup buttermilk, room temperature

2 large eggs, room temperature, beaten
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 medium-sized ripe bananas OR
1 cup mashed ripe banana
¾ tsp kosher salt

Directions:

Press START/STOP to begin the bread-making process.
