What to do if food sticks to my Dash Kitchen Appliances Mini Maker?
    • H
      hannah58Aug 3, 2025
If food starts sticking to the surface of your Mini Maker, it's likely due to a build-up of burnt food residue. To resolve this: * Allow the appliance to cool fully. * Pour a little cooking oil onto the surface and let it sit for 5–10 minutes. * Scrub the surface with a sponge or soft-bristled brush to dislodge the food. * Use a damp, soapy cloth to wipe down the cooking surface, then rinse the cloth and wipe again. If food remains, pour on cooking oil and let sit for a few hours, then scrub and wipe clean.

Why does the light on my Dash Mini Pizzelle Maker Mini Maker keep shutting off?
    • R
      Rachel RamirezAug 15, 2025
It is normal for the light on the Mini Maker to turn on and off during the cooking process. The heating element automatically turns on and off to regulate the temperature and prevent the Cooking Surface from overheating or becoming too cold. The Indicator Light turns on and off when this happens.

Is it normal for the cover of my Dash Kitchen Appliances Mini Maker to get very hot?
    • B
      Brandon RiddleAug 22, 2025
Yes, it is completely normal for the cover to get very hot. When using your Mini Maker, always lift and lower the Cover by the Cover Handle. To prevent personal injury, DO NOT lift the Cover so that your arm is over the Cooking Surface as it is hot and may cause injury. Lift from the side.
