9.3 Cleaning
9.3.1 仔细清洗密封面，使其表面干净无杂物，划伤；
9.3.1 Carefully clean the sealing surface to make it clean and free from sundries and scratches;
9.4 组装
9.4 Assembly
9.4.1 将石英玻璃管装入壳体内，玻璃管的端面与壳体的端面基本一致；
9.4.1 Load the quartz glass tube into the shell, and the end face of the glass tube is basically the
same as that of the shell;
9.4.2 将石墨填料环套入石英玻璃管的两端；
9.4.2 Insert graphite packing ring into both ends of quartz glass tube;
9.4.3 安装压紧体，对角线方向旋紧内六角螺栓；
9.4.3 Install the compression body and tighten the hexagon bolts diagonally;
9.4.4 按最高工作压力的 1.5 倍水压测试，保压 3 分钟不泄漏。
9.4.4 According to 1.5 times of the maximum working pressure of water pressure test, keep pressure
for 3 minutes without leakage.
