5. MANUAL SIGNAL SEQUENCES
All control elements are protected against unintentional activation.
To enable the control elements press the key button „UNLOCK“
which will then change its colour to orange.
By pressing the
button any signal sequences like e.g. Morse signals and
so on can be given. The respective output remains activated as long as the
pushbutton is pressed.
Manually given signals interrupt an automatic signalling which might have
been active. When the manual signalling has been finished the automatic
signalling must be switched on again if this is still required.
Exception:
If the „General Alarm“ was activated by the external inputs (In1 or In2 or In3)
manually given signals will interrupt the general alarm sequence but it will
return 20 seconds after the manual signalling has been ceased if the external
input is still active.
6. ADJUSTMENT OF THE PANEL LIGHTING
To adapt the panel lights to the prevailing lighting conditions on board
the panel’s lighting intensity can be adjusted.
To enable the control elements press the key button „UNLOCK“
which will then change its colour to orange.
Now the lighting can be adjusted by pressing the „UP“ or “DOWN“ buttons
repeatedly. This will increase or decrease the panel’s lighting intensity in steps
of 10%.
This setting will remain even after the power has been removed.
7. ERRORS
Internal errors of the unit, as well as power supply failure are indicated at plug
JP2. The contact remains closed during normal operations or standby and
opens in case of a failure.
