Tips for baking pastry
If pastry is too dry, increase the
temperature by 10°C and decrease the
cooking time. Dampen the layers of dough
with a sauce composed of milk, oil, egg
and yoghurt.
If pastry takes too long to bake, ensure
that the thickness of the pastry prepared
does not exceed the depth of the tray.
If the upper side of the pastry gets
browned, but the lower part is not cooked,
make sure that the amount of sauce used
for the pastry is not too much at the
bottom of the pastry. Try to distribute the
sauce equally between dough layers and
top of the pastry for an even browning.

1. Turn the Function knob to the desired grill
symbol.

Foods that are not suitable for
grilling create a fire risk. Only
grill food which is suitable for
intensive grilling heat. Do not
place the food too far in the
back of the grill. This is the
hottest area and fatty food may
catch fire.
Grill performance will decrease if the wire
grill rests against rear part of the oven.
Slide the wire shelf to the front section of
the rack and position it with the help of the
door in order to obtain the best grill
performance.
DANGER Risk of scalding by hot
steam! Take care when opening the
oven door as steam may escape.
