LEDs
LED colors are used consistently throughout the enclosure and its components for indicating status:
• Green – Good or positive indication
• Blinking green/amber – Non-critical condition
• Amber – Critical fault
• Blue – Controller module or IOM identification

ME484 JBOD storage enclosure LEDs
When the ME484 JBOD storage enclosure is powered on, all LEDs turn on for a short period to ensure that they are working.
NOTE:
This behavior does not indicate a fault unless LEDs remain lit after several seconds.

LED Description Definition
1 Identify Blue – Expansion module is being identified.
2 Fault
Off – The expansion module is operating normally.
Amber – A fault has been detected or a service action is required.
3 OK
Green – The expansion module is operating normally.
Blinking green – System is booting.
Off – The expansion module is powered off.
