Installing the USB board
1. Place the USB board into the slot on the computer.
2. Tighten the screw to secure the USB board to the computer.
3. Connect the USB board cable to the connector on the USB board.
4. Install the:
a. palmrest
b. keyboard
c. hard drive assembly
d. base cover
e. battery
5. Follow the procedure in After Working Inside Your computer.
Removing the VGA board
1. Follow the procedure in Before Working Inside Your Computer.
2. Remove the:
a. battery
b. base cover
c. hard drive assembly
d. keyboard
e. palmrest
3. To remove the VGA board:
a. Peel the adhesive tape to access the VGA board cable [1].
b. Lift the latch and disconnect the VGA board cable from the connector on the VGA board [2, 3].
c. Lift and remove the VGA board from the computer [4].
Installing the VGA board
1. Place the VGA board into the slot on the computer.
2. Tighten the screw to secure the VGA board to the computer.
3. Connect the VGA board cable to the connector on the VGA board.
4. Fix the adhesive tape to secure the VGA board cable.
