Lift the fan off the base cover.
Replacing the Fan

Follow the instructions in "Before You Begin" on page 9.

Place the fan on the base cover.

Replace the two screws that secure the fan to the base cover.

Follow the instructions from step 8 to step 11 in "Replacing the Top
Cover" on page 69.

Replace the display assembly (see "Replacing the Display Assembly" on
page 52).

Replace the keyboard (see "Replacing the Keyboard" on page 45).
