13. Turn the steam dial back
to 0 and the selector dial
to ON.
14. Empty the container and
put it back under the
spouts (step 9).
15. Proceed with a second
rinsing.

16. Remove the portalter.
Please note:
• No water is delivered or the pump is too noisy: make sure the tank is lled and placed
correctly and repeat the operation until water is delivered. Make sure the water tank is
pushed all the way down
• Never operate the appliance without water in the tank or without the tank. Check the water
level in the water tank by the display (A6).
• Relling the water tank: the water tank can also be lled without extracting it, by
pouring the water directly from a jug.
• When making several coees in a row, wait about 6 minutes every 6 preparations.
5. MAKE ESPRESSO COFFEE
1. Place the ground coee
lter (C3) or (C4) in the
portalter.
2. Fill the lter slowly to
prevent the coee from
overowing.
3. Distribute the coee even-
ly and press it with the
tamper.
4. If you use pods: use the
coee lter (C3)and insert
the pod, centring it as far
as possible.
