Energy saving
Use this function to enable or disable energy saving.
This mode is active by default, reducing energy consumption in
compliance with current European regulations.
1. Press the P button to enter the settings menu;
2. Turn the selection dial until “Energy saving” is displayed;
3. Press the button .“Disable?” is displayed (or
“Enable?” if the function has already been disabled);
4. Press the button to disable or enable the fun-
ction or the button to exit the menu.
When the function is active, if the machine is not used for
about 1 minute, “Energy saving” is displayed.
Please note!
A few seconds may elapse between Energy saving mode and
delivery of the rst coee.
Adjust time
To adjust the time on the display, proceed as follows:
1. Press the P button to enter the settings menu.
2. Turn the selection dial until “Adjust time” is displayed;
3. Press the button. The hours ash on the di-
splay;
4. Turn the selection dial to change the hours;
5. Press the button to conrm. The minutes ash
on the display;
6. Turn the selection dial to change the minutes;
7. Press the button to conrm;
8. Press the button to exit the settings menu.
Auto-start
You can set the auto-start time in order to have the appliance
ready at a certain time (for example in the morning) so you can
make coee immediately.
Please note!
To enable this function, the time must be set correctly.
1. Press the P button to enter the settings menu;
2. Turn the selection dial until “Auto-start Disabled” is di-
splayed;
3. Press the OK button. “Enable?” is displayed;
4. Press the button. The hours ash on the display;
5. Turn the selection dial to change the hours;
6. Press the button to conrm. The minutes ash
on the display;
7. Turn the selection dial to change the minutes;
8. Press the button to conrm. “Auto-start Ena-
bled” is displayed.
9. Press the button to exit the settings menu. The
AUTO symbol on the control panel lights up to indicate
that auto-start has been programmed.
To disable the function:
1. Press the P button to enter the settings menu.
2. Turn the selection dial until “Auto-start activated” is di-
splayed;
3. Press the button. “Disable?” is displayed;
4. Press the button to conrm;
5. Press the button to exit the menu. AUTO is no
longer displayed.
Auto-o (Standby)
Auto-o can be set so that the appliance goes o after 15 or 30
minutes, or after 1, 2 or 3 hours.
1. Press the P button to enter the settings menu.
2. Turn the selection dial until “Auto-o” is displayed;
3. Press the button;
4. Turn the selection dial until the desired operation time is
displayed (15 or 30 minutes, or 1, 2 or 3 hours);
5. Press the button to conrm;
6. Then press the button to exit the menu.
Auto-o is programmed.
Set coee temperature
If you want to modify the temperature of the water used to
make the coee (low, medium, high, maximum), proceed as
follows:
1. Press the P button to enter the settings menu;
2. Turn the selection dial until “Set temperature” is displa-
yed;
3. Press the button;
4. Turn the selection dial until the required temperature
(low, medium, high, maximum) is displayed;
5. Press the button to conrm;
6. Then press the button to exit the menu.

Statistics function
This displays statistics relating to the machine.
To display, proceed as follows:
1. Press the P button to enter the settings menu;
2. Turn the selection dial until “Statistics” is displayed;
3. Press the button;
4. Turn the selection dial to verify:
- how many coees have been made;
- how many cappuccinos have been made;
- how many times the machine has been descaled;
- the total number of litres of water delivered.
5. Press the button twice to exit the menu.
