  Several factors can cause this issue. Ensure the water tank is filled. If the OK light is on, press the corresponding button to fill the circuit. Check if the coffee filter is clogged and rinse it. Adjust the coffee dose and grinding if it's too fine or too much. Make sure the tank is correctly inserted and the valves are open. If scale is present in the water circuit, descale the appliance.

  If the grinder is running but no ground coffee is coming out, the grinder may be obstructed or clogged. Turn the grinder selector to position 8 and use a vacuum to remove all beans from the bean hopper until it is empty and clean.
