Turn o the machine.
• Hold the coee buon for three seconds. See “ Energy
Saving “ section.
The brewed quantity is not su-
cient.
• Check that the water tank is filled.
• Check that the milk carafe is filled.
• See the section on “Seing the coee volume“.
The lever does not close complete-
ly.
• Empty the capsule container. Make sure that no capsule is
blocked inside the capsule container.
The quality of the milk froth is
poor.
• Use partly skimmed cow milk at refrigerator temperature
(about 4° C).
• The milk action knob is on remove to clean position. Turn it
to milk position.
• Rinse aer each milk preparation and ensure the air inlet of the
milk action knob is clean. See the section on “Cleaning the milk
carafe”.
• Descale the machine (refer to the “Descaling” section).
• Do not use either frozen milk or hot milk in the carafe.
• Ensure that all the components of the milk carafe are well as-
sembled. Refer to the section on “Assembling the milk carafe”.
The milk carafe cannot be disman-
tled.
• Press the buon on the side of the milk carafe to remove the
milk carafe lid.
• Refer to the section on ”Assembling / Disassembling the Milk
carafe”.
The milk carafe is inserted but the
milk buons are not enabled.
• The milk action knob is on the rinse position. Turn it to the
milk position. Wait for the coee side to finish heating up.
• Make sure the carafe is properly inserted.
When the Hot foam , Lae
macchiato and Cappuccino
buons are blinking alternate-
ly.
• The machine is overheated: wait until it cools down.
When the Hot foam , Lae
macchiato and Cappuccino
buons are blinking together.
• The water tank is empty.
• Fill the tank.
