    What to do if Delta Plumbing Product valve does not flush?

      If your Delta Plumbing Product valve isn't flushing, several issues could be the cause. It could be due to a low or completely used up battery, in which case you should replace it. The range might be too short or too long, so try increasing or decreasing it accordingly. Reflections from a mirror or other objects might interfere with the sensor; eliminate the cause of reflection. Check if the connectors between the electronic unit and solenoid are disconnected and connect them if needed. Debris or scale in the solenoid can also be a problem; unscrew the solenoid, pull out the plunger and spring, and clean them. If the central orifice in the diaphragm is plugged or the diaphragm is torn, replace the solenoid. Finally, if the water supply pressure is higher than 125 PSI, reduce it.

      If the Delta Plumbing Product valve won't shut off, it could be due to debris or scale in the diaphragm, or the diaphragm may be torn, in which case you should replace the solenoid. Alternatively, the sensor might be dirty or covered; clean it or eliminate the cause of interference.
