Cause Corrective Actions
The three-phase impedance of
motor is unbalanced
Replace the motor.
The motor is wired incorrectly
Check the cable condition.
Replace the cable.
Using a single-phase motor Choose a three-phase motor
The current sensor is damaged
Check the flat cable of the control board. Re-
do the wiring and test again if the
flat cable is loose. If the fault still occurs, return the unit to the factory.
Verify that the three-phase current is balanced via a current clamp meter
. If it is
balanced and the OPHL fault still occurs, return the unit to the factory
The drive capacity is much larger
than the motor capacity
Make sure the capacity of the drive and motor match to each other.
