Professional Installation Recommendation

Demco products require installation by experienced professionals with proper equipment and modification skills.

Bolt Tightness and Loctite Usage

Ensure bolts are long enough and use LOCTITE Blue on all bolts for secure mounting.

Installation Instructions

Fascia Fastener Removal

Remove specified plastic push fasteners from the top, bottom, and center of the vehicle's front fascia.

Fender Fastener Removal

Remove one plastic push fastener from the inside of each vehicle fender.

Fascia and Bumper Component Removal

Remove the front fascia, unplugging fog lights, and remove Styrofoam from the bumper.

Bumper Bolt Removal and Air Deflector Trim

Remove side bumper bolts (not reused) and trim the air deflector for crossmember fit.

Temperature Sensor Relocation

Remove the temperature sensor from its bracket and replace it in the back of the mount.

Baseplate and Bumper Installation

Install baseplate with bumper using 8mm bolts, washers, and Loctite, tightening per chart.

Bumper Drilling and Modification

Drill 7/16" holes in the bumper bottom and cut to allow nut/washer placement.

Final Bolt Installation and Tightening

Install 7/16" bolts, washers, and nuts with Loctite, tightening all bolts per the front page chart.

Reassembly and Light Check

Reinstall Styrofoam, fascia, and lights, ensuring proper headlight adjustment.

Plug Mount Kit Installation

Install the plug mount kit (item #11) in desired locations; trim excess material if needed.
