gives you a convenient, reliable and precise way to supply your aquarium with CO, the most important fertilizer for aquarium plants -
for magnificent plant growth.

Safety regulations for carbon dioxide (CO) bottles
CAUTION
• Contains pressurised gas; can explode if heated.
• Protect against direct sunlight. Keep in a well-ventilated place.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Handle with care. Do not throw. Do not open with force.
• Store in a cool place. Protect against temperatures over 50 °C. Do not store in the cellar.
• Do not breathe in CO gas; it has an asphyxiating effect in high concentrations. In case of gas
escaping, ventilate the room well.
• Use only for providing CO supply to aquariums.
• Perform CO extraction only with suitable pressure reducers for Dennerle disposable CO bottles with
M10 x 1.25 connection thread or reusable CO bottles with W21.8 x 1/14“ connection thread.
• reusable CO bottles: Refill only at authorised CO filling stations. Please note: Tare weight without valve and cage (valve
protection cage).
• Perform CO extraction only from upright bottles. Secure bottle to prevent from falling over.
• Be careful when transporting single bottles in vehicles: Make sure they are well-secured to prevent them from slipping
and rolling around, otherwise the valve can be damaged and CO gas can escape. Ensure adequate ventilation.
Safety regulations CO magnet valve
• For use with 230 V/50 Hz alternating current only.
• For indoor use only.
• The power plug must be accessible at all times after the magnet valve has been installed.
• Always ensure effective cooling – do not cover the device.
• All device cables in or on the aquarium must have a drip loop attached so that any water running down
cannot reach the equipment and/or the power outlet.
• Before performing any work on the magnet valve (e.g. cleaning, assembly), the device must be completely
disconnected from the power supply by pulling out the power plug.
• If the magnet valve accidentally falls into the aquarium, immediately pull out the power plug – do not reach into the
aquarium!
• The connection cable of the magnet valve cannot be replaced. If the cable is damaged, the equipment must be taken out
of use.
• The magnet valve may only be operated in combination with genuine pressure reducers, e.g. Dennerle CarboSTART,
CarboPOWER. Simple restrictor valves are not permissible, as the maximum permissible operating pressure of 5 bar
could be exceeded.
