Usage Features

Assembly: Before first use, the handlebar must be installed. This involves inserting the handlebar into the vehicle frame, aligning the holes, and securing it with four screws.

Unfolding and Folding: To unfold, place the scooter on its wheels, unlock the hook on the handlebar, gently pull up and raise the handle, and close the lock lever on the handlebar support tube until it clicks into place. To fold, release the lever on the lower part of the handlebar support tube, fully open the lever, accompany the handlebar tube downwards, and hook the folded tube onto the appropriate support.

Charging: The scooter should be charged using the supplied XHK-800B-4220 power adapter. The charging port is located on the scooter's frame. For safety and battery life, charging should occur between 5 °C and 45 °C. The adapter's indicator light will be red during charging and turn green when fully charged. Overcharging should be avoided, with a maximum recommended charging time of 4 hours. If the scooter doesn't seem to charge (charger lights up green instantly), it's recommended to leave the charger connected for 6-7 hours or manually ride the scooter for about 100m without power before connecting the charger to activate the charging function.

Riding: To start, press the "Power" button to adjust the speed level. The scooter requires manual propulsion with a foot before the accelerator button becomes active. Press the accelerator to accelerate. Braking is achieved using the electric brake or disc brake. Applying both the accelerator and electric brake simultaneously will cause the scooter to automatically brake. For high-speed riding, the rear wheel brake system should be used. The headlight switch button activates the headlight for night driving.

Safety Instructions:

  • Always check that the steering system is correctly adjusted and all connection components are secured before riding.
  • Read the operation guide and warnings.
  • Always wear shoes, a helmet, and protective gear (elbow, knee, wrist protectors).
  • The scooter is for domestic use only and not for public roads/traffic.
  • Only persons aged 14 and above, with a maximum weight of 120 kg, should operate the scooter.
  • Operate only in good visibility and when physical conditions for stability are met (e.g., not under the influence of drugs or alcohol).
  • Avoid riding on steep slopes, in rain, wet conditions, over obstacles, textiles, small branches, stones, or slippery surfaces.
  • Do not start or stop abruptly.
  • Maintain a safe speed and distance from others.
  • Stop riding if a "Low Battery Warning" is received and use the rear brake to stop safely.
  • Do not use the electric brake and throttle at the same time.
  • Do not carry objects while riding.
  • Ensure a clear vision in front of you.
  • Do not jump on or off the scooter.
  • Children, elderly people, and pregnant women are not allowed to ride.
  • People with limited sense of balance are not allowed to ride.
  • Do not wear loose clothing or open laces that could get caught in the wheels.

Maintenance Features

General Maintenance: Regular maintenance is crucial for optimal performance. This includes checking the battery, bearings, screws, brakes, and wheels. If any loose parts, abnormal noise, or reduced battery life are detected, contact the retailer. Do not attempt repairs yourself.

Battery Maintenance:

  • Charge the battery at regular intervals, even if not in use, to prevent damage from low voltage.
  • Avoid completely draining the battery; charge it while it still has power to extend its life.
  • Store and charge the battery between 15-25° Celsius. Avoid temperatures below -10° Celsius or above 50° Celsius.
  • Keep the scooter away from open flames or other heat sources, and freezing temperatures.
  • Use only the original charger or an official replacement.
  • Do not overcharge or discharge the battery.
  • It is forbidden to disassemble the battery package; this should only be handled by official service repair centers.

Bearings, Screws, Brakes, and Wheels:

  • Bearings and Screws: Bearings are sealed and dustproof, requiring no lubrication. Check them for wear regularly. Ensure all screws are properly tightened and tighten them if they seem loose.
  • Brakes: Check the brake for wear at regular intervals. Disc brakes will require adjustment and eventual replacement. Avoid using the scooter with worn brakes.
  • Wheels: Check wheels for wear regularly. For inflatable tires, maintain the correct pressure. If a wheel seems wobbly after tightening screws, bearings may need replacement.

Storage and Cleaning:

  • Clean the scooter with a damp cloth only. Do not use pressured water, alcohol, gas, kerosene, or other corrosive chemical solvents.
  • Turn off the scooter during cleaning and cover the charging input.
  • Dry the scooter with a towel if it gets wet.
  • Store the scooter in a dry and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and wet areas.
  • Do not leave the device exposed to sunlight in a car.
  • Do not charge immediately after use; allow it to cool down for an hour.
  • If storing for an extended period or lending to others, partially charge the battery (20-50%).
  • Do not open the electric scooter casing, as this will invalidate the warranty.
