The Vacuum Sealer Not Operating
1. Check whether there is a power outage or whether the machine is properly plugged in.
2. Check the electric wire, the plug, and the machine itself to see if there is any damage,
and if there is, do not use it.
Insufficient Air Suction or Failure of Automatic
Heat Sealing
1. Check whether the opening end of the bag is entirely placed in the vacuum chamber.
2. Check whether the sealing sponge is loosened.
3. Check wheter there is something on the heat sealing bar or on the sealing sponge, or
whether the heat sealing bar is properly installed.
4. Check whether the top lid of the machine is fully locked.
5. Check whether the preservation bag has air leakage, by filling the bag with air, sinking it
in water, and pressing on it. If there are bubbles, indicating air leakage, the bag will need
to be replaced.
The vacuum-Sealed Bag taking in Air
1. This would happen if there are fold, grease, liquid or other substances on the sealed end
of the bag. Please open the bag. Clean the opening end of the bag and flatten it and place
it on the heat sealing strip for re-sealing.
2. Once the bag is vacuum-sealed, check the food in it for moisture or liquid. If there is,
open the bag for re-sealing, or change to a new bag. If the food contains too much water,
freezing it before packaging is recommended.
Heat Sealing not working properly
1. The overheating sealing strip will lead to melting the sealed end of the preservation bag.
Please open the top lid and wait a few minutes for the sealing strip to cool down.
2. This could happen if there are folds, grease, liquid, or other substances on the seald end
of the bag.
3. Afther a previous sealing procedure, there is a 60 seconds pause before you can presse
the ‘VAC’ buttons on the ‘sealing only’ button to execute another sealing procedure.
2. Turn the interior of the bag out, and then it can be put on the upper level of a
dishwasher forcleaning.
