Detecto’s stainless steel PZ3000 features totally touchless zeroing of
each ingredient for more sanitary conditions and faster prepping.
The scales allow convenient units switching between most used
measurements and each measurement can easily be turned off.
This ingredient scale features an AC adapter or battery operation
with up to 50 hours of continuous use. Non-skid feet allow it to re-
main steady on slippery surfaces and optional foot tare and mount-
able pushbutton switches are available.

feature a remote display
with a swivel-mount
stainless steel bracket
for table or wall mount
while the model PZ3060
comes standard with a
