Microphone does not
work (on computer,

Device is not recognised Make sure the device is working
correctly in the system manager. If
not, try removing the device (or the
software if available) and
reconnecting it, or try plugging it into
a different USB port.
USB cable not connected
properly
Make sure both ends of the USB
cable are connected properly and
securely and/or try a different USB
cable. If none of these solutions
work, please contact your dealer.
Volume too low or
microphone is muted
Check the volume settings to ensure
the volume is set to the correct level
and make sure the microphone isn't
muted in your software.
Microphone does not
work on a different
device
The device is not connected
to a suitable device.
This microphone functions with
devices that function as a USB host,
such as a computer, tablet, or mobile
device. Connecting the microphone
to any USB port will not always have
the desired result.
Lots of (self)noise The microphone is
positioned too far from the
audio source, or the volume
of the source is too low.
Place the microphone as close to
the audio source as possible to it
can capture the sound as clearly and
loudly as possible so you won't have
to amplify the audio during or after
recording. This will keep unwanted
(self)noise to a minimum.
Lots of unwanted
plosives/sound
Sounds are too loud or
unfiltered
Hard sounds like the P, T, K, S and F
can produce plosives. Use a pop
filter (not included) to reduce this
effect.
Wind or ambient noise Use a windscreen (not included) to
prevent the sounds of wind or
background noise from being
captured.
