This chapter covers everything you need to know
to set up and use your WiFi 6 Repeater 5400. We
describe how to connect the device and briefly de-
scribe the devolo software. Additional detailed in-

3.1 Package contents
Please ensure that the delivery is complete before
beginning the installation of your
WiFi 6 Repeater 5400:
b 1 WiFi 6 Repeater 5400 with fold-out feet
CAUTION! Only operate device in a free-
standing position. Improper commis-
sioning will result in loss of speed.
b 1 power supply unit (devolo is importer)

3.2 System requirements
The following system requirements are relevant if
you are configuring/managing the
WiFi 6 Repeater 5400 using a computer/laptop.

devolo Cockpit:
a Win 7 (32-bit/64-bit) or later
a Ubuntu 14.04 (32-bit/64-bit) or later
a Mac OS X 10.9 or later
b Network connection
Please note that your computer or laptop
must have a network card or network
adapter with a network interface.
