What to do if fasteners jam in my DeWalt Nail Gun?
- AAlejandra BlackAug 19, 2025
If fasteners are jamming in your DeWalt Nail Gun, it could be due to a few reasons. The driver channel in the nose piece might be worn, requiring a nosepiece replacement. Ensure you're using the correct size and angle fasteners. A loose magazine can also cause jams, so check that the magazine latch is holding firmly. Lastly, a worn driver blade can lead to jamming, so consider replacing the Driver Blade Kit (Cat. # D512565 for 16 GA., D512752 for 15 GA.).
