    • K
      Krystal SimonAug 16, 2025
If your DIAMO Coffee Maker won't turn on, first, check the power cord for any damage. If the cord looks fine, unplug the machine for at least a minute, and then plug it back in to try again. The issue might be a damaged power cord or a faulty power outlet.

If the Single (Espresso) LED on your DIAMO Coffee Maker is flashing slowly, it means it's time to rinse the system and clean the recycle box. To resolve this, first empty the recycle box. Then, press the Single (Espresso) button once. Finally, run a rinse cycle by pressing the Single button again without a coffee pod in place.

      Alan HaleyAug 22, 2025
If water is coming out of the Steam Tube when you're trying to brew coffee with your DIAMO Coffee Maker, make sure the Coffee/Steam Knob is set to the 'Coffee' position. If the issue continues, it may indicate a problem with an internal valve, and repairs are needed.

      Erin RichardsonAug 26, 2025
If, when brewing coffee with a pod, water comes out instead of coffee, or the coffee is extra-weak in your DIAMO Coffee Maker, open the Pod Slot Cover and make sure the pod is centered and not folded. If the pod is broken, replace it with a new one and resume brewing.

If the power button LED on your DIAMO Coffee Maker is flashing red quickly, it could be due to not enough water in the tank or the Coffee/Steam knob being in the wrong position. First, fill the water tank. Second, turn the Coffee/Steam knob to the “Coffee” position. Then, restart the machine by pressing the Power button.

If water flows weakly or not at all from the Steam Tube when getting hot water from your DIAMO Coffee Maker, the Steam Tube might be blocked or dirty. Carefully clean the openings in the Steam Tube with a straight pin. After frothing milk, perform step 5 from Frothing Milk to clean the tube. Repeat as necessary.

If the side of your DIAMO One is extra warm when using, it could be due to too many brewing cycles in a short amount of time. Slow down your coffee brewing and allow the machine to rest longer between cups to help manage the temperature and extend its lifespan.
