Jacket temperature Control
Food temperature control
• Control used when optional food temperature
control is not installed
• The temperature is controlled with jacket
• temperature, temperature can be set to
0...125°C
• Temperature display shows jacket temperature
Possible Chilling option:
• CH1- Chilling:
Chilling is activated and deactivated by pressing
the chilling button on the display. Chilling
performed with tap water (food water), which flows
to drain. Chilling target temperature can not be
set. Jacket has to be emptied manually before next
cooking.
• Optional food temperature control is installed.
• The temperature is controlled with food
temperature, temperature can be set to:
0...125°C
• Temperature display shows food temperature

Activated and deactivated by pressing the chilling
button. Enhanced chilling with tap water (food
water), which flows to drain. Chilling target
temperature can be set. Automatic emptying of the
jacket before next cooking.
