Technical problems
The S-bottle warmer is not warming up
Check that the device is securely plugged in
Check that the bottle with heating element is firmly in place on
the base station

Check the parts for signs of damage and replace if necessary
after contacting the Difrax customer service
The S-bottle warmer does not switch on when I press the
operating button

That is correct. You must press and hold the operating button at
least 3 seconds to activate it. This is a child safety feature
The operating button does not light up
You should see a flashing red light when the S-bottle warmer is
switched on. If this does not happen, either the (breast)milk or
the water in the bottle has reached the correct temperature
The S-bottle warmer will not heat up the food if the food
temperature is below 0 °C (food from the refrigerator has an
average temperature of 6 °C)

If the bottle is firmly in place on the base station and you are
using (breast)milk or water that is around or above 6 °C warm
and the light has still not gone out, there is a technical problem.

Child safety features: The S-bottle warmer will only be activated
when the operating button

is pressed and held for at least
3 seconds. This ensures that a child cannot switch on the S-bottle
warmer. Should a child inadvertently press and hold the button,
the food in the bottle will warm up to a safe temperature of 37 °C *.
If there is no heating element

device will not be activated and will therefore not warm up
Second-hand S-bottle warmer
Difrax advises against the purchasing and use of a second-hand
S-bottle warmer. It is not always possible to tell whether the
warmer is in a good state of repair and safe to operate
