The allowed answer is either: 0 (No: active) or: 1 (Yes: suspended).
Load-value Event-Counter n. 3: this is either the number of units, or the distance, or the time in seconds, or the cost of the fare, or the cost of the extra charges that
should be counted for the tariff-block to be changed. The allowed value goes from 0 (min) to 65535 (max). The tariff-block to change to is to be programmed in Q.162.
Block-Number (abs) at event n. 3: this is the block number (absolute) to be used when the event occurred that has been programmed in Q.161. The allowed value
goes from 0 (min) to 62 (max). Also allowed is the value 255; In this case, instead of using a new block number, the former block number is used again.
Block-Offset (rel) at event n. 3: this is the block offset (relative) to be used when the event occurred that has been programmed in Q.161. The relative block offset is
the number of blocks to add to the current block number in order to obtain the new block number. The allowed value goes from 0 (min) to 62 (max).
Load-value is Units? - Is the parameter programmed in Q.161 for event counter 3 the number of units?
Load-value is Distance ? - Is the parameter programmed in Q.161 for event counter 3 the distance in meters or yards (see Q272)?
Load-value is Waiting-Time (in seconds)? - Is the parameter programmed in Q.161 for event counter 3 the waiting-time in seconds?
Load-value is Cost of Fare? - Is the parameter programmed in Q.161 for event counter 3 the cost of the fare?
Load-value is Cost of Extra-Charge? - Is the parameter programmed in Q.161 for event counter 3 the cost of the extra-charge?
Reload every Metre? (if not: every Second) - Event Counter 3 must be reloaded every metre? If not then it will be reloaded every second.
The allowed answer is either: 0 (No: every second) or: 1 (Yes: every meter or yard).
Act. Only Above cross-speed? (if not: Allw.) - Event Counter 3 should be activated only above the cross-speed? If not then it will always be activated. The allowed
answer is either: 0 (No: always) or: 1 (Yes: only above).
Event Counter is momentarily suspended? - Event Counter 3 should be momentarily suspended? If not then it will be active.
The allowed answer is either: 0 (No: active) or: 1 (Yes: suspended).
Load-value Event-Counter n. 4: this is either the number of units, or the distance, or the time in seconds, or the cost of the fare, or the cost of the extra charges that
should be counted for the tariff-block to be changed. The allowed value goes from 0 (min) to 65535 (max). The tariff-block to change to is to be programmed in Q.173.
Block-Number (abs) at event n. 4: this is the block number (absolute) to be used when the event occurred that has been programmed in Q.172. The allowed value
goes from 0 (min) to 62 (max). Also allowed is the value 255; In this case, instead of using a new block number, the former block number is used again.
Block-Offset (rel) at event n. 4: this is the block offset (relative) to be used when the event occurred that has been programmed in Q.172. The relative block offset is
the number of blocks to add to the current block number in order to obtain the new block number. The allowed value goes from 0 (min) to 62 (max).
Load-value is Units? - Is the parameter programmed in Q.172 for event counter 4 the number of units?
Load-value is Distance ? - Is the parameter programmed in Q.172 for event counter 4 the distance in meters or yards (see Q272)?
Load-value is Waiting-Time (in seconds)? - Is the parameter programmed in Q.172 for event counter 4 the waiting-time in seconds?
Load-value is Cost of Fare? - Is the parameter programmed in Q.172 for event counter 4 the cost of the fare?
Load-value is Cost of Extra-Charge? - Is the parameter programmed in Q.172 for event counter 4 the cost of the extra-charge?
Reload every Metre? (if not: every Second) - Event Counter 4 must be reloaded every metre? If not then it will be reloaded every second.
The allowed answer is either: 0 (No: every second) or: 1 (Yes: every meter or yard).
Act. Only Above cross-speed? (if not: Allw.) - Event Counter 4 should be activated only above the cross-speed? If not then it will always be activated. The allowed
answer is either: 0 (No: always) or: 1 (Yes: only above).
Event-Counter n.4 is moment. suspended? - Event Counter number 4 should be momentarily suspended? If not then it will be active.
The allowed answer is either: 0 (No: active) or: 1 (Yes: suspended).
At tariff-change discard accumul. Dist/Time? - If the tariff is changed manually with key K1 should the accumulated distance or time be discarded?
If not, the accumulated distance or time will be proportionally accounted for. The allowed answer is either: 0 (No: account for) or: 1 (Yes: discard).
At tariff-change synchronize with next unit? - If the tariff is changed manually with key K1 should the current unit be completed with the current
parameters? If not, the tariff-change will be immediate. The allowed answer is either: 0 (No: immediate) or: 1 (Yes: synchronize).
Extra-Charge n. 4 is a discount? - Extra-Charge n. 4, as programmed in Q.27, should be interpreted not as an extra-charge but as a discount? The discount can only
be used as a percentage. Therefore the parameter of Q.31 should be programmed as Yes. The allowed answer is either: 0 (No: extra-charge) or: 1 (Yes:
discount).
In ForHire disable keys K1, K2, K3 and K4? - In ForHire the keys K1, K2, K3 and K4 should be disabled? In case of Yes the taxi-meter works normally including the
OP-key but all functions that can be invoked with the keys K1, K2, K3 and/or K4 are inhibited.
The allowed answer is either: 0 (No: enabled) or: 1 (Yes: disabled).
Start-of-Fare time is used for Night/Holiday extras? - Should the time in which the fare starts be considered for the calculation of the night and/or holiday extras? In
case of Yes and if there is a change from night/holiday time to normal time (or vice versa) during the trip then for as long as the trip lasts the fare cost will be calculated
as if it is still night/holiday time. Starting from the next fare the parameters for normal time will be used.
The allowed answer is either: 0 (No) or: 1 (Yes).
