Speed to block the counting of the tariff: this is the speed above which the taximeter stops counting the tariff. As soon as the speed becomes less than this
threshold the taximeter continues counting the tariff again. Normally the value programmed here is a high speed like for example 140 Km/h. The speed is given in Km/h
with an accuracy of 1 Km/h. The allowed value goes from 0 (min) to 255 (max). The value 0 is a special case. It means: disabled.

Block number if from Stopped back to Hired: this is the number of the block that will be used when passing from Stopped back to Hired.

Time to block the keys in stopped position:
from 1 to 127 : Seconds to block the Keyboard when the taximeter pass from Hired -> Stopped
+128 : At any key pressure show the word BLOC
+256 : During the Keys block the OP key is excluded (it will continue to operate)
+512 : During the Keys block the K1 key is excluded (it will continue to operate)
+1024 : During the Keys block the K2 key is excluded (it will continue to operate)
+2048 : During the Keys block the K3 key is excluded (it will continue to operate)
+4096 : During the Keys block the K4 key is excluded (it will continue to operate)
+8192 : Special condition. The time counting starts from the beginning of the
receipt printing, then the taximeter go to For-Hire and keep freezed the
amount on the display while the time programmed don't expire.
Also is not possible to start a new trip for the time programmed.
+16384 : When the time expires the taximeter goes automatically to For-Hire position
+32768 : press OP during block to automatically go ForHire when timer expires
