Problem Solution
No Audio Ensure the volume is correctly turned up on the speaker.
Ensure the volume is correctly turned on your audio
device if connected in Bluetooth® mode.
Try a dierent audio source or mode; it may be your
device not transmitting audio.
Bluetooth® Will
Not Pair
Restart the speaker and audio device.
Type in the password “0000” if it asks you for one.
Make sure the mode of the speaker is selected to “BT” and
the Bluetooth® is turned on from your device.
