How to increase the flame effect on a Dimplex Cassington CSN20 if it's too low?
    • G
      Garrett WallaceAug 16, 2025
If the flame effect on your Dimplex Stove is too low, increase the flame level by slowly turning Control knob C to the left. If the water level in the sump is more than 40mm, remove the sump and empty it in the sink. Also, clean the Metal Discs with the soft brush supplied, referring to the ‘Maintenance’ section for a step-by-step procedure. The water in the sump may be too high due to the drawer being opened and closed a number of times, water tank removed a number of times, or the fire has been moved. Metal Disc at the base of Sump might be dirty.
