The unit offers various heat settings, including Low Heat and High Heat, and a "Cool Blow" function. It also features a sleep timer, adjustable flame brightness, and a top light. The appliance is controlled via an integrated control panel and a remote control.

Maintenance Features

General Cleaning:

  • WARNING: Always disconnect from the power supply before cleaning.
  • Use a soft, clean duster for general cleaning; avoid abrasive cleaners.
  • Clean the glass viewing screen carefully with a soft cloth; do not use proprietary glass cleaners.
  • Use the soft brush attachment of a vacuum cleaner to clean the outlet grille of the fan heater to remove dust or fluff.

Light Emitting Diode (LED) Lamps:

  • The fire is fitted with LED lamps, which are maintenance-free and should not require replacing during the product's lifetime.

Thermal Safety Cut-out:

  • The appliance has a built-in overheat cut-out that switches off automatically in case of a fault. If this occurs, switch off the appliance or disconnect the mains plug. After a short cooling period, the appliance is ready for use again. If the fault reoccurs, contact your local dealer.

Battery Disposal:

  • Dispose of used button batteries immediately and safely according to provincial and local regulations. Flat batteries can still be dangerous.
  • Do not mix battery types, insert incorrectly, replace only some batteries, dispose of in fire, or attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
