  If the flame effect on your Dimplex Indoor Fireplace isn't starting, there are several potential causes: * Ensure the mains plug is correctly connected to the wall socket. * If Switch A is in the ‘ON’ position, press Switch B once for the flame effect. * Check the ‘Low water level’ warning LED ‘E’ under the canopy hood. If it's on, fill the water tank. * Verify that the low voltage connector is properly connected.

  If the flame effect on your Dimplex Indoor Fireplace is too low, it could be due to a few reasons: * The flame effect control knob may be set too low. Increase the flame level by slowly turning Control knob C clockwise. * The water in the sump might be too high. If the water level in the sump is more than 40mm, remove the sump and empty it in the sink. * The metal disc at the base of the sump might be dirty. Clean the metal discs with the soft brush supplied.
