Why is my dirna Bergstrom Bycool FLAT not cooling enough?

Your dirna Bergstrom Air Conditioner might not be cooling adequately due to a few reasons. First, there might not be enough water reaching the wet filter. Check the water tank level; if it's low, the red LED on the control panel should be lit. If the LED isn't on, the level sensor at the tank's bottom might be faulty. Ensure it's correctly mounted and can move downwards. Also, the water pump might be malfunctioning, in which case, it should be replaced.
