  If your Dirt Devil Vacuum Cleaner isn't picking up dirt or has low suction, there are several possible causes. The dirt cup might be full, so empty it. The battery charge could be getting weak, so charge the battery. The filter might be dirty or clogged, so clean or replace it. Also, the nozzle or dirt passage might be clogged, so disconnect the nozzle and remove any obstruction. Finally, the dirt cup might not be installed correctly, so review the Dirt cup & Filter Removal & Replacement.
