- Mains supply is not connected

- Check cooling fan
- Motor side is noisy
- Leak air from tubing, check
valve or dryer
- If fan is broken or not fitted correctly,
change or fit correctly

Excessive
vibration
- Inside part of compressor head
damaged

Unit is very hot
- Wrong wiring
- Low voltage
- Intake filter is clogged or dirty
- Installation place is too hot
- Check wiring
- Supply proper voltage
- Clean primary filter
- Cool ventilation is necessary
Air supply is
too low
- Leak air
- Disconnect main power supply.
Drain storage tank
- Close tank outlet valve and turn on
the power
