Warranty
Please read the operating manual carefully before use to fami-
liarise yourself with how to use your scooter.
KSR Group GmbH will grant a separate warranty if the following
conditions are met. The statutory warranty provisions and the
claims arising from the Product Liability Act remain unaected
by this. Any claims of the purchaser to supplementary rectica-
tion and compensation in the event of defects will also remain
unaected if the corresponding conditions are met.
The applies to the TR 20 Scooter and will last 24 months from
the date of purchase (the date of receipt applies).
The warranty covers material, design and manufacturing defects,
provided that the defect was already present upon delivery and
the product was handled by the purchaser in an appropriate and
intended manner. Wearing parts and materials used for servicing
work are excluded from the warranty. The warranty includes
either free repair, replacement of the defective part or parts, or
replacement of the entire product with an equivalent product.
The choice of remedy will remain with KSR Group GmbH.
