Tun Pe mache upside down and you can replace the cutter blade or the nylon cutting head easily
For MS-220 , MS-221, MS-250 , MS-251
MS-2200 , MS-2500 , MS-2201, MS-2501
* Insert the hex wrench through the hole m the gear case and rotate
the support washer (9) until it is locked with the hex wrench (or
the shaft is locked).
e Loosen the nut (teft-handed) with the socket wrench and remove
the nut (7). and üghtening washer (8)
For MS-220 , MS-250 , MS-2200 , MS-2500
*Mount the cutter blade onto the shaft so that the guide of Ihe]
support washer fits in the arbor hole in the culter blade. Install
the tightening washer and secure the cutter blade with tpe nut,
{Tightening torque: 130 — 230 kg-cm) é
NOTE
Always wear groves when handling the cutter blade.
| The cutter blade-fastening nut (with spring washer) is a consum]
able part. If there appears any wear or deformation on the spring
washer, replace the nut. -
For MS-221, MS-251, MS-2201, MS-2501
* Screw the nylon cutting head onto the shaft
NOTE
The tightening washer, and nut are not necessary for mounting thy
nylon cutting head

:
*
Insert
the
screwdriver
provided
through
the
hole
in
the
head

and rotate the support washer until it is locked with the screwdd
(or the shaft is locked).
* Screw the nylon cutting head onto the shaft.
Loosen
Tighten
