Basic assembly
1. Fix the support column (2) on the baseboard (1) using M4 screws and wash-
ers enclosed.
2. Position the drive motor (3), using screws. Do not tighten the screws at this
stage.
3. Mount the take-up block (4), using screws.
4. Mount the spool holding axle (5) to the take-up block (4), using M3 screw.
e take-up block xed with just one screw is able to rotate. is allows to control
the area of the take-up spool which receives the ready rope. at is handy when
making thin ropes with diameters less than 0,5 mm. icker ropes wind more or
less evenly to the take-up spool.
