Symptom Possible Cause Service Instruction
1.Toiletwillnotushandwaterwill
not enter toilet bowl.
Fuse blown or circuit breaker is
tripped.
• Checktoiletfuseorcircuit
breakeratDCdistributionpanel.
• Checkforloose/defectivewiring
between power source and toilet
terminal block pins 5 and 8.
• Checkforreversepolarityof
incoming power.
• CheckfordefectivediodeD1at
pin 5 of terminal block.
2. Water enters toilet bowl, but
toiletwillnotush.
Electrical or mechanical failure
relatedtoushvalve.
• Checkforloose/defectivewiring
betweenushswitchandtoilet
terminal block pins 2 and 3.
• Flushswitchmaybedefective.
Replaceifnecessary.
• Checkforlooseushballmotor
wires at terminal block pins 2
and 8.
• Flushballmotormaybedefec-
tive.Replaceifnecessary.
• Flushmotordrivearmfailure.
Replaceifnecessary.
• Drivelinkagefailure.Replaceif
necessary.
