To protect the battery, the refrigerator switches off automatically if the voltage is
insufficient (see table below).
➤ Determine the required cross section of the cable in relation to the cable length
according to:
–12V: fig.d, page 10
–24V: fig.e, page 10

➤ Before starting up the device for the first time, check whether the operating
voltage and the battery voltage match (see type plate).
➤ Connect your refrigerator to a plug socket which is fuse-protected at 15 A
(at 12 V) or 7.5 A (at 24 V) (fig. f 1, page 11).
➤ Connect the red cable (fig. f rd, page 11) to the positive terminal of the battery.
➤ Connect the black cable (fig. f bk, page 11) to the negative terminal of the
battery.
