To protect the battery, the refrigerator switches off automatically if the voltage is
insufficient (see table below).
Determine the required cross section of the cable in relation to the cable length
according to:
–12V: fig.d, page 10
–24V: fig.e, page 10

Before starting up the device for the first time, check whether the operating
voltage and the battery voltage match (see type plate).
Connect your refrigerator to a plug socket which is fuse-protected at 15 A
(at 12 V) or 7.5 A (at 24 V) (fig. f 1, page 11).
Connect the red cable (fig. f rd, page 11) to the positive terminal of the battery.
Connect the black cable (fig. f bk, page 11) to the negative terminal of the
battery.
