Causes and
Remedies:
A.
The flame touches side of boiler due to dislocation
of the burner. Relocate. Burner dislocation may also
cause smoke and discoloring of walls and ceiling.
B. Burner damaged. Replace.
C.
The flue tube is dirty. Clean flue as follows:
Cover burner and burner jet. Remove the flue cap
from the top of the flue tube and lift out the wire and
spiral baffle. Clean the flue from the top using a flue
brush. Clean the spiral baffle. Replace the spiral
