  When “LP” is flashing on your Dometic Refrigerator, it indicates that the LP gas ignition failed. To resolve this, turn the refrigerator OFF and then back ON to return to normal operation. This issue may also occur if there is air in the gas line, especially after changing a gas bottle or after a long shutoff period. You may need to repeat the lighting procedure by turning the refrigerator off and on several times to purge the air. Also, check if the LP gas bottle is empty and needs replacing. If the problem persists, it could be due to an obstruction in or on the burner or burner jet, or the burner jet is clogged.
