  If your Donner musical instrument has no sound, here's what to check: 1. Ensure the volume isn't set to the minimum. Adjust it to the maximum. 2. Make sure no headphones or converters are plugged into the headphone jack. Remove them. 3. Verify the power supply is connected and the piano is turned on. Press the power button.
