  A leaky oil seal in Doosan Excavators can be caused by various factors including foreign material in the spool or seal, excessive pressure, a bent lever or linkage, a damaged return spring, uneven valve temperature, high back pressure in the valve return line, a damaged spool, or a cracked/damaged seal. Solutions include cleaning or replacing the valve housing assembly, checking and adjusting pressure, removing and checking the linkage, replacing the return spring, warming up the entire system, cleaning the seal, increasing the size of the return line or replacing the valve housing assembly, or replacing the seal.
