Screen protection
Before you start to use your new phone, remove the protection film that
covers the device. Please note the helpful directions that is printed on the
protection film.
Screen covers and protectors may help you protect your device against
damage. Only use screen covers and other protections intended for your
device. Third party protection accessories may prevent your device from
working correctly by covering sensors, lenses, speakers, or microphones.
Start-up wizard
The first time you start your device, a Start-up wizard helps you to setup
basic settings, customise your device and sign in to your accounts, for ex-
ample a Google
account.
The device language is normally determined by the inserted SIM card, but
you may change the language if you want. All settings presented in the
Start-up wizard can also be changed later if you are unsure what to do.
Don’t forget to optimise your phone during the startup guide. You can ad-
just the display settings to best suit your vision as well as adjust the audio
for your hearing. Already at the age of 50 it is normal to have a hearing loss
at the high frequencies, so why not try our optimised sound profile called
Doro ClearSound, see My audio setup for voice calls , p.35.
You will also get some quick tutorials of how to handle your phone. Find
more tutorials at Help, p.30.
Navigation mode

igation mode to use for your phone.
Doros patented senior friendly, action-based interface, EVA. See Navi-
