Why does my DosaTron Dispenser stop working?

  If your DosaTron dispenser stops or doesn't start, first, ensure water flows correctly through it by verifying the unit's installation. Check if the unit is in bypass mode and switch it to the « ON » position. Make sure the water flow and pressure meet the specifications of your DosaTron model. Bleed any air from the unit using the bleed button. Reduce the flow if the maximum flow is exceeded and restart the unit. If the motor is stalled, try switching the unit « ON » and « OFF » several times before leaving it « ON ». If the issue persists, it may be due to a worn actuator blade spring, which requires replacing the actuator assembly (PJDI125). If the unit is working at an extremely low flow (one click every 3 minutes), observe it for over 3 minutes before checking other potential causes.

  If you notice leaks from the top cap, actuator assembly, or transfer parts of your DosaTron dispenser, start by checking the screws to ensure they are tightened. If the issue persists, inspect the seals for dirt, damage, or improper fitting, and then clean or replace them as necessary. Note that opening the top cap is not recommended.

  If your DosaTron dispenser doesn't start at low flow, it might be due to wear, causing the isolation body and its seal to become worn or dirty. Try cleaning or replacing them. Additionally, clean or replace all injection seals.
